- Counseling on day-to-day issues
- Mediation, arbitration, or litigation between individual owners and the association or between the association and contractors or developers
- Provide legal advice regarding the right of first refusal by the condominium board of directors to intervene in any private transaction between a unit owner and a third party
- Recovery of attorneys' fees when allowed by the covenant documents and the law
