I get phone calls and I meet with clients all the time who are shocked when after a review of the facts that have happened to them we find out that there's nothing that can be done. They didn't do wills, they didn't do powers of attorney and they're going to be excluded and they're going to lose the assets that the thought were theirs.

If they had just done the preplanning, it's 180 degrees different. They have all the control, they have all the power and they have the assurance.
